About

Five seats in your org. One operator.

Most consultants enter the RevOps market at one layer. Engineers don't know what reps do day-to-day. Strategists can't ship code. Trainers can't build the system being adopted. We've held every seat — sales user, CRM trainer, support escalation, Salesforce admin, senior Salesforce developer. The path is structural, not anecdotal.

01 Mission

Stay Kinect helps revenue teams turn complexity into clarity. We've been the rep, the admin, and the developer — so we design AI-powered workflows your team will actually use, built and run in our own pipeline before yours. Engineered for adoption, not for the slideshow.

We come in, figure out what's on fire, fix the foundation, and build the AI that actually performs in production — not in the demo. We tell the truth about what should be done and what shouldn't. Our work is fixed-fee, written, and built to outlast us.

02 The operator credential

Five seats. One operator.

Most consultants come from one seat in your org. We've held five. Each seat shaped the next. Each one is a layer of how a revenue team actually runs — and how AI workflows have to behave to survive contact with the org.

01
Sales user
Filled out the CRM as a rep. Top in sales at multiple Bay Area orgs. Learned what reps will and won't do on a Friday afternoon — the ground truth that “adoption” actually measures.
02
CRM trainer
Trained other reps to use the system. Team-led SDRs, ran Salesforce training across four dealerships, wrote training documentation for an international triage team. Saw which workflows survive contact with the org and which die in the first week.
03
Support escalation
Provided technical assistance to over 40,000 users across 8 different Salesforce orgs. Reduced Jira support ticket response and completion time by an average of 70%. Learned the platform from the failure modes outward — which is the only way you actually learn it.
04
Salesforce admin
Configured objects, flows, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, page layouts. Owned the admin’s QBR-day anxiety firsthand. Built custom Flows to automate user setup, implemented org-wide sharing rules, prepared data for insert/update via Data Loader and Salesforce Inspector.
05
Senior Salesforce developer
Architected the platform — Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Classes, Visualforce, REST integrations. Reduced bugs by 30%. Architected and automated territory alignment, improving turnaround from months to under a week. Now builds AI workflows that ship and get used.
"Most consultants come from one seat in your org. I've held five. The system I'd build for you is shaped by what I learned filling out a CRM as a rep, training other reps to use it, escalating with Salesforce support when it broke, configuring it as an admin, and rebuilding it as a developer. That's why my systems get used."

Operator note — The figures above describe the founder's career history at named past employers and are biographical, not Stay Kinect customer outcomes. The only quantitative claim Stay Kinect makes about its own delivery is the 75% rep-engagement threshold (Build) and 80% weekly active (Retainer).
04 Before Salesforce

Before any of it, the fires.

Twelve years in the United States Air Force. Firefighter, SCBA maintainer, computer systems admin at Little Rock AFB. The job was the same one we do now: walk into a room, figure out what's on fire, fix it, write it down, hand it back. The translator instinct that came out of those years is what we use every day to help revenue teams stop guessing about AI.

An overhead flat-lay of well-kept self-contained breathing apparatus laid out with intent — mask and regulator, a pressure gauge reading full, coiled hose, folded gloves, a readiness checklist — a single burnt-orange marking on the cylinder valve. The discipline of preparation, not the drama of fire.

05 How we're built

Founder-led today. Team in year two.

Stay Kinect is in its founder-led phase. One principal — Rafael — runs every engagement, with vetted senior specialists joining when the scope calls for it. The year-two plan is a team of five-plus, with hiring tied to adoption-led customer milestones, not pipeline projections.

That phase isn't the headline; the operator credential is. We surface team size only where it's relevant — proposals, RFPs, due-diligence questions. Every engagement includes documented client-handoff procedures and adoption metrics written into the SOW, so the deliverable is in the contract, not in the relationship. Founder-led-phase risk is a procurement question we already answered before you asked it.

Where the founder-led phase is an asset, we say so directly. Direct line to the builder. Every workflow runs in our own pipeline before yours. No layers between the buyer and the builder.
