Adoption-Led Agentforce Build

Adoption is the project. We ship one production Agentforce agent your reps actually use — not a demo, not a pilot, not a slide deck. Built native, instrumented for adoption, transferred to your admin in 8 weeks. The adoption number lives in the SOW.

A demo is not a deployment — A $2–6K "quickstart" gets you a chatbot that answers basic questions in a sandbox. We build the production outcome — instrumented, adopted, with the adoption number written into the contract. Different thing, different price. If a chatbot is all you need, we'll tell you that on the call and point you to one.

What your fee covers

Foundation · one-time

Data Cloud activation, adoption instrumentation, manager dashboard, 30-day hypercare, train-the-trainer, runbook. Paid once — which is why agent #1 carries more than agent #2.

Production agent(s)

The live, native Agentforce agent(s) your reps actually use — topics + actions wired to your processes, prompt templates, real-world testing.

Orchestration & governance

Dual/Triad only — agent-to-agent handoff, cross-agent observability, escalation/HITL/audit-logging governance. The non-linear layer that lives between the agents.

Adding an agent later, on a foundation we already built: $12–18K. Net-new builds are never the market's $2–6K "quickstart" number — that's config-only, and excludes everything above.

Within 30 days of go-live, ≥75% of named end users will engage the agent at least 3 times per week — or Stay Kinect delivers 15 hours of additional optimization at no charge until the threshold is met.
Your investment — Our fee is fixed professional services, full stop. The Salesforce platform underneath — Agentforce Flex Credits (usage), licenses, Data Cloud — you pay Salesforce directly, at their price, no markup from us. We don't resell it and we don't bury it. The paid Readiness Sprint projects your real 12-month all-in number before you sign, so the platform bill is a forecast, not a surprise.
Lands into Retainer at month 2 unless opted out. Opt-out structure, not opt-in.

Retainer or Embedded Engineer? — The Retainer is architecture-led — we decide what to build and own the adoption number. If instead you want hands-on-keyboard execution against your own backlog, that's the Embedded Salesforce Engineer + Solutions Architect — same principal, different shape.
Lands from Build automatically at month 2 unless opted out. Standalone Retainer only after a paid Sprint — we don't sell cold retainers to strangers.
Operator note — The retainer buys senior architecture hours — not staff augmentation. If you need a $40/hr admin to clear a ticket queue, that's not us, and we'll say so on the discovery call.
